Every customer receives a solution that is precisely customised to their structural and hygienic requirements, regardless of what industry they are in.

Customer Challenges

For room planning, the Autodesk BIM system Revit is used, for which there was not yet an interface to Teamcenter.
Without controlled data management, it was difficult to locate data, coordination processes and version control.

Customer Requirements

A data model that transparently shows the relationships between all project data throughout the entire lifecycle
The Revit data of the customers as well as the internal AutoCAD data should be transferred to Teamcenter and linked to the NX data
Simplified data exchange of individual plans such as piping and flow diagrams or circuit diagrams

Customer Benefits

The interface exports the Revit data, separates the CAD data of the trades and stores them as neutral formats in Teamcenter
An overall BOM as well as specific BOMs are generated, as is already possible today with systems engineering
Teamcenter no longer only manages the Revit data as a BIM layer model, but also allows the individual trade data to be used in a targeted manner
