Business Administrator (m/f/d)

Locations: Dresden, Viernheim

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of offers with the support of the respective departments
  • Commercial evaluation of incoming orders and registration of orders in the ERP system
  • Generating and dispatching order confirmations
  • Invoicing for our customer projects on the basis of performance records as well as a contact person for the accounting department 
  • Contact management and maintenance of customer data in ERP systems

Your Skills & Expertise:

  • Above-average completion of a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the IT field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Expert handling of Microsoft Office
  • Independent, conscientious and structured way of working, even under time pressure
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to adapt quickly and independently to new areas of responsibility
