Assistant (m/f/d) Global Sales in part or full time

Location: Viernheim

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of customer acquisition efforts and promotional sales activities
  • Creation and tracking of sales offers,incoming orders up to billing
  • Active support of our XPLM Sales Accounts within the sales process
  • Management of leads and requests Preparation of regular regional and global sales meetings
  • Maintenance of data of potential buyers and customers, sales processes and campaigns within our CRM system
  • Maintenance of our price lists, templates and our sales manual (processes and policies)
  • Maintenance and updates of all relevant sales material in accordance to XPLM's CI
  • Sales Controlling: Monitoring, statistical analysis, commission plans
  • Management and support to all XPLM Reseller

      Your Skills and Expertise:

      • Relevant bachelor degree in Sales or equal working level experience
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
      • Expert handling of Microsoft Office, especially MS EXCEL and CRM Software
        Very pronounced analytical and organizational skills
      • Strong team player with a passion for technology and IT
